ESUK's Independent UK Operations

Elbit Systems UK Limited (“ESUK”) is a private company (company number: 05241591) that is incorporated in England, and which operates independently within the United Kingdom. ESUK is wholly owned by Elbit Systems Limited (“Elbit Israel”), an Israeli parent company publicly listed on the NASDAQ and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

ESUK does not supply, contract with, or provide products or services to the Israeli Defence Forces or the Israeli military. ESUK’s activities are focused exclusively on its UK and other non‑Israeli customers, including the UK Ministry of Defence, and are conducted in full compliance with UK law, regulation, and export control requirements.

While ESUK is owned by Elbit Israel, this ownership does not equate to operational control over ESUK’s customer relationships, contracts, or end users. All commercial and operational decisions are taken locally within the UK and in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.

Israel is widely recognised as a leader in advanced technology, and exports between ESUK and Elbit Israel may occur solely to support ESUK programmes for its UK and other non‑Israeli customers. Exports also occur to support trade shows and demonstrations at ESUK facilities and elsewhere. This loaned equipment is then re-exported back to Israel. Any such exports are subject to UK Government licensing and are not for end use by the Israeli military or the Israeli Defence Forces.
