The opportunity:

As a technical lead you will be responsible for the software development lifecycle, from requirements capture and analysis, to design and delivery. Taking advantage of the latest industry techniques in multi-user high definition simulators, you will ensure the hardware/software design chosen will be both future proof and adaptable to changing technologies.

What will you be doing:

As a Technical Lead you will be:

• Submitting high quality technical proposals

• Planning and leading systems engineering tasks requiring judgement in the evaluation, selection and adaptation of system /simulation software designs or design techniques to meet the agreed requirements

• Leading a hardware and software team responsible for the simulation system engineering design and integration work as well co-ordinate allocated resources

• Leading project meetings and delivering detailed technical and progress reports

• Reviewing, coaching and training technical staff to maintain engineering standards and expertise at a high level

• Leading all aspects of complex design reviews at the company and customer levels

Skills for success:

• Experience of Simulation / Software / Large Complex Systems Integration and delivery using industry recognised languages

• Technical team leadership experience

• Systems engineering experience (commercial, v-model)

• Experience of Programming\Networking\Hardware
