Simulation Support Engineers

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.
We are looking to hire multiple simulation support engineers across 3 sites with the UK. The role will see you supporting and maintaining the technical infrastructure for our training equipment used by the Royal Navy. The role will balance 1st line technical support with maintaining complex infrastructure that allows for collective training with the equipment.
The roles will be based out of; Plymouth, Portsmouth & Faslane.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing first line support & maintenance for the supported systems to maintain system up time
Providing advice to the training staff & desk drivers on the operation of the supported systems at the site when needed
Co-operate with all departments to deliver an effective outcome
Preparing the supported training systems on site each day
Supporting & resolving system problems
What we're looking for:
An understanding of hardware, software and system engineering.
Experience of maintaining and rebuilding PC Hardware Equipment.
Simulator Support Experience.
Understanding of maintenance principles of A R and M.
