We are looking for talented individuals to join us on one of our many exciting journeys.

We are looking to hire a simulation software engineer with experience of image generation development to join our software as visual development team.

The role will see you working on next generation simulation software for the Royal Navy as part of the delivery of project Selborne and future training simulators across the above and below water fleet.

You will act as key point of contact for simulation questions as well as developing key visual software components.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to play a part in the future training needs of the Royal Navy.

Responsibilities will include:

• · Writing, testing and debugging code ideally for 3D Graphic Software

• Implementing and producing software to interface with third-party operational software

• Software and Hardware integration and testing

• Problem solving

• Any additional tasks to ensure the success of the role and support to the Business Unit and Engineering Function within ESUK

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years experience within software development.

• Experience with 3D Graphics development (OpenGL/DirectX)

• C++ Programming experience.

• Experience developing gaming 3D engines (Unity/Unreal)

• Excellent communicator and team player.
