We are looking for talented individuals to join us on one of our many exciting journeys.
We are hiring a senior software engineer to join our EW business unit in supporting the delivery of future technologies for the Royal Navy. As senior software engineer you will be working on the development and integration of technologies for the project as well as mentoring and being involved in the growth of the team.
Within this role you will have close touch points with the Software Team Lead and Systems teams, helping to define software integrations and gaining exposure to the system as a whole.
As the software team continues to grow their will be plenty of opportunities to further advance current development skills as well as playing a key part in the continued expansion of the team.
Responsibilities will include:
Development and verification of software components and products
Creating software development plans and processes
The conduction of software design reviews, integration tests and HCI trials
Mentoring and supporting other, more junior members of the team -
What we're looking for:
Solid experience with C# .Net/.Net Core
The ability to produce clean, efficient, effective and robust code
Proven history of supporting and helping to develop other Software Engineers
Experience in integration, formal verification and acceptance testing
