​The opportunity: 

We are looking for an Campaign Lead to work within our EW & ISTAR business unit and take the lead on qualifying and running campaigns within the Land & Air domains. You will support the design and implementation of Campaign and Business Development plans alongside the Head of Campaigns and bid teams.

What will you be doing: 

As a Campaign Lead you will be: 

•          Responsible for all Land & Air pursuits and bids within EW & ISTAR.

•          Identifying and developing new business opportunities with key customers.

•          Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and vendors.

•          Leading pursuit and bid teams to successfully deliver high-quality winning bids.

•          Conducting webinars and conferences to raise the brand and product portfolio.

Skills for success: 

•                      Experience either within the EW & ISTAR domain OR Campaign Management within defence.

•                      Experience within stakeholder and relationship management.

•                      Financial and business acumen.

•                      Experience leading campaigns and pursuits within defence.
