IT Support Engineer | Bristol
We are looking for a passionate IT Support Engineer to join our team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be part of a growing IT Service Desk team in a hands-on and varied role - from triage and diagnosis of issues on the service desk to the technical administration and support of operational systems.
What will you be doing:
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be:
Providing Service Desk IT support to business users – remote and in-person, communicating technical issues to non-technical people
Diagnose hardware and software faults, solving technical and application problems where necessary
Working on secure networks
Any additional tasks to ensure the success of the role and support to the Business Unit within ESUK.
Skills for success
Excellent knowledge and administration experience of Windows operating systems and working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
Administration of Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint Online and Azure Active Directory
Knowledge of basic networking concepts - CP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN
Working within a Service Desk or Technical Support environment - desirable
