Elbit Systems in the UK are a Defence, Technology and Aerospace company working on a range of technologies for both military and civilian applications.

What we're looking for:

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

Therefore, we are looking to take on an Internal Comms Manager in order to help our valued employees feel engaged right through the company, going off our values and visions. You will be creating and implementing clear communication channels to achieve this, which should be both engaging and effective.

As a part of the internal team, you will be a core function of the communications team. This will require you to work across the Elbit sites, but your point of call will be the Bristol office. You will development and maintain a communication plan ensuring it is reaching its required target audience again to keep the employees connected in terms of Elbit's core values and visions.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Focus on keeping the employees connected and engaged.

  • Creating and maintaining a Communication Plan that will be delivered throughout Elbit Systems.

  • Providing coaching and teaching to key internal influencers to be able to communicate in and engaging ang effective manner.

  • You will create great content and deliver engaging multi-channel communication campaigns on a variety of HR projects, including the company's employee value proposition.

  • You will participate in group forums and survey's relating to 'people' topics and in turn taking capturing these ideas market them against the wider Elbit company.

What we're looking for:

  • This will be a standalone role, so you will need to be autonomous.

  • Experience in writing across media such as blogs, emails, policy, presentations, and speeches

  • Experience of creating and implementing company communication strategies.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the highest level of communication across teams.

  • To be creative, to always look for ways to improve communication across the team.

  • Experience of working across HR/Marketing communication channels; Diversity & Inclusion, EVP and Learning & Wellbeing.
