HR & Recruitment Administrator | Bristol
We are looking for a HR and recruitment administrator to join our team. As a HR and recruitment administrator you will supporting employees and managers through the full employee lifecycle. You will be the first point of contact for all HR queries providing advice and guidance to managers and staff across the company.
As Elbit Systems UK is a growing company you will have the opportunity to make an impact to how we do things, as we continue to grow we continually reassess and address operational inefficiencies, so whilst you will be working to process we also welcome opportunities to make them more efficient.
What will you be doing:
As a HR and recruitment administrator you will:
Provide a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the companies HR function by providing HR and recruitment support
Support full employee lifecycle
Act as first point of contact for all employees providing the best in class customer service
Manage and maintain our HR data
Support across all recruitment activities
Skills for success:
Good organisation skills with an ability to focus, multitask and prioritise.
Confident communicator with high attention to detail
Able to maintain absolute discretion and strict confidentiality standards.
It would be really nice if you had previous HR admin or recruitment admin experience.
