We are looking for talented individuals to join us on one of our many exciting journeys.

As Head of Supply Chain you will be responsible for the effective development, operations and management of Elbit Systems UK subcontractors and procurement process.

You will have an opportunity to work with our commercial, contracts and production teams on building out industry leading standards and process' that will ensure our supply chain in the UK is robust and efficient.

Responsibilities will include:

• Contribution and implementation of Supply Chain strategy.

• Functional management of Supply Chain team.

• Development of policies across;

• Supplier assessment and approvals

• Supplier management - quality, performance monitoring and problem solution.

• Creating and driving a collaborative environment cross departments.

• Stakeholder and relationship management

What we're looking for:

• Extensive experience managing complex supply chains for electronic equipment.

• Excellent communicator and team builder.

• Experience implementing supply chain strategy, policy and process'.

• Shipping and logistics planning.

• Manufacturing 4.0
