We are looking for talented individuals to join us on one of our many exciting journeys.

We are hiring a number of Systems Engineering Manager to join our Aerospace & Simulation business unit and work as the engineering lead for maritime training equipment.

The role will see you working in consult with our delivery partners and a team of systems engineers to define, design, and integrate Synthetic Training devices for the UK MoD. As part of the role, you will be the key contact for joint venture partners, the Royal Navy and subcontractors for all engineering queries.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the systems engineering team delivering training equipment.

  • Provide systems engineering support on assessment, trials and evaluation of training devices.

  • Requirements engineering.

  • Architectural design and systems integration.

  • Contribute to project meeting and deliver detailed technical reports.

What we're looking for:

  • Experiencing managing systems and engineering teams.

  • Experience developing and managing complex software systems.

  • Systems engineering & Architecture frameworks/languages.

  • Experience of simulation / software integration.

  • Experience with systems engineering standards.

  • Use of IBM Rhapsody, DOORS and ELM Suite.
