What we're looking for:

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

As a DevOps Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the efficient planning, provisioning, installation/configuration, and operations of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure in a collaborative software and systems engineering environment.

You will join the IT department supporting the corporate network.

This is an exciting opportunity to lay the foundations for the infrastructure, tools, and services powering our next generation of software and systems development across the entire organisation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • building and setting up new virtual domain infrastructure, servers, development tools and infrastructure

  • working with DevOps teams to automate and improve development and release processes

  • ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats

  • identifying technical problems and developing software updates and 'fixes'

  • working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended

  • Ensuring that the organisation's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls


What we're looking for:

  • At least 5+ years hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering and/or DevOps

  • Windows and Linux system administration

  • Virtualisation technology - Nutanix or VMWare

  • Git, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Artifactory

  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.

  • Azure DevOps (TFS)
