Elbit Systems UK Limited (ESUK) holds four wholly-owned subsidiaries as well as two joint ventures. In total, over 500 personnel are employed by the ESUK companies in the UK, in high tech roles in the defence, aerospace and rail sectors. The two joint ventures were formed in order to deliver the Watchkeeper program for the British Army and to supply and support three fleets of aircraft within the UK MOD Military Flying Training System (UKMFTS) program.

ESUK’s parent company is Elbit Systems Ltd. (ESL), listed on the NASDAQ and TASE stock exchanges as ESLT.
ESL is a global high technology company engaged in a wide range of programmes throughout the world. Conducting our business ethically is one of Elbit Systems’ core values.  Our policy is to follow best practice compliance standards applicable to the broad range of our global activities.  Because of the significance we place on ethical business conduct, our Code of Conduct and Business Ethics, our Anti-Bribery Compliance Policy and our Supplier Code of Conduct are all publicly available as provided below.
Code of Conduct and Business Ethics
As part of our ongoing Ethics compliance program, and consistent with legal requirements applicable to publicly traded companies, we are pleased to attach our updated Code of Conduct and Business Ethics as approved by Elbit Systems Board of Directors.

Because of the importance we place on conducting our activities in an ethical manner, our employees, officers and directors are committed to following the Code as well as our other ethics and compliance related procedures and policies. The Code contains a “whistleblower” process to facilitate reporting of Code violations. 
Anti-Bribery Compliance Policy
The international nature of our business and our work with governmental customers and end users around the world require us to be compliant with anti-bribery laws, regulations and standards. Our employees, officers and directors are committed to anti-bribery compliance as set forth in our Anti-Bribery Compliance Policy, which also describes our policy on business entertainment and gifts.

Supplier Code of Conduct

We expect our supply chain to meet our ethical standards in all of their activities with us, as reflected in our Supplier Code of Conduct, which is incorporated into our procurement agreements.
